Crown West is transforming the southwest corner of The Park with the construction of 500,000 square feet of new, state of the art, LEED certified, distribution buildings. This multi-phase project kicked off in 2019 with the first phase of the project delivered to the market in April 2020. Totaling 120,000 square feet, the first phase features 36-foot clear heights, cross-dock capacity, 135-foot concrete truck courts and is built to LEED standards. Pre-leasing for phase one has been very strong resulting in plans to kick off phase two in the latter part of 2020.
